The rooms were small for two large suitcases, clean, and comfortable, but unfortunately noisy being on the 1st floor facing a busy street corner where trams pass by. The service varied from extremely polite and helpful to not friendly and unhelpful. The location was good, although currently undergoing refurbishment. The dining was okay but not exceptional.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, the receptionists were helpful and nice, and the location, although a bit far from Duomo, was good. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. The room was nice and bright, but a bit small for two people with a very tiny shower that leaked when closed.
